Default Softphone with good echo cancellation for Windows

Hello,

is there a good SIP-enabled VOIP client for Windows (free software
preferred, if possible) that has good echo cancellation and can be used
reliably without headset (just microphone and speakers) without feedback
loops?

Best regards,
Patrick

I think x-lite might be a good candidate. Alternatively you can use any VoIP client and add echo cancellation in your SIP network (e.g. PBXMate).
